Retained Records Manager Service What Is The Service?
As a client of the retained records manager service you will have the services of an experienced records manager for a predetermined number of hours per year to use whenever you choose and for whatever purpose you choose (subject to availability of the consultant). As a “pre-paid” customer, you will have priority over other clients. You could use the purchased time to help develop policies and procedures, to deliver a training programme or to conduct an audit. Alternatively, you could just call up the consultant on an ad hoc basis throughout the year for advice on projects, decisions and strategy, in the same way that you might call up an in-house expert. In addition to your purchased number of hours consultancy, you will have a specified number of face-to-face meetings with the consultant of up to half-day each. What Are The Benefits?
By pre-purchasing consulting time, you will benefit from a greatly reduced consultancy charge (up to 34% less than the standard rate). You will know in advance what the cost will be, making annual budgeting easier. In addition, you have the flexibility of choosing how the service is used. You have the benefit of knowing that you can call on additional expert, independent advice at any time, without having to raise additional contracts or purchase orders. If you need to purchase additional time, you will benefit from a discount only offered to clients of the retained records manager service.
How Much Does It Cost?
There are three levels of service: | Bronze Level | Silver Level | Gold Level | 2 x half-day face-to-face meetings 10 hours consultancy £2,000 p.a. | 3 x half-day face-to-face meetings 20 hours consultancy £3,200 p.a. | 4 x half-day face-to-face meetings 40 hours consultancy £5,000 p.a. |
The above prices include our expenses to attend the specified face-to-face meetings unless overnight accommodation is necessary (UK only). If additional face-to-face meetings are requested, expenses will be charged at cost. All prices exclude VAT at the standard rate. All services throughout the 12-month period will be covered by a single contract and a two-way confidentiality agreement.
How Do I Apply?
In the first instance, call us. We will discuss your circumstances and identify together the optimum package for you. We’ll then send you a draft contract and confidentiality agreement to review. Once those are agreed and signed you can raise a purchase order for the required service and we’ll invoice you for the corresponding cost. We can then arrange our first meeting together and how you would like to use your consultancy through the year. |
